Anna Povzner worked on performance management in storage systems with Prof. Scott Brandt. She did previous work on supporting soft real-time processing in an integrated real-time CPU scheduler. Her research was on resource management algorithms for providing guaranteed performance to mixed workloads executing concurrently in a shared storage system and on virtualizing disk performance.
